How to Use This Calculator
  1. Enter the total concrete surface area in sq ft to be sealed.
  2. Select the sealer type (1–7): acrylic, solvent acrylic, water-based acrylic, penetrating, epoxy, polyurethane, or polyaspartic.
  3. Choose surface texture (1=smooth, 2=broom-finished, 3=stamped/heavy texture) — rougher surfaces absorb more sealer.
  4. Set the number of coats (typically 2; penetrating sealers often need only 1).
  5. Read Total Sealer (gallons) and Total Material Cost to finalize your material purchase.
  6. Note Recoat Interval (years) and Dry Time Between Coats (hrs) for scheduling the application.
