  1. Select the Fast Type (full, partial, liquid-only, or intermittent).
  2. Enter Duration in calendar days and, for intermittent fasting, Fasting Hours per Day and Days per Week.
  3. Review Total Fasting Days, Total Fasting Hours, and Daily Eating Window (hrs).
  4. Check Total Meals Skipped to prepare nutritionally for the fast.
  5. Use Calendar Span to mark the fast on your calendar with start and end dates.
