How to Use This Calculator
  1. Select your lamp type: 1 = UV fluorescent, 2 = LED, 3 = UV/LED hybrid.
  2. Enter the lamp wattage (W) — common values are 36W UV or 48W LED.
  3. Choose the gel type (base coat, color gel, builder gel, or top coat) and coat thickness.
  4. Enter number of coats per nail and total nails to cure (10 for a full set).
  5. Read the recommended cure time per coat (sec) and total cure time (min) for the full service.
  6. Use the energy per service (Wh) and cost per cure cycle to estimate monthly lamp operating costs.
