How to Use This Calculator
- Enter patient age, ECOG performance status, and planned chemotherapy regimen myelosuppressive intensity.
- Enter prior chemotherapy cycles, planned dose density, and presence of open wounds or infections.
- Read febrile neutropenia risk score and risk category (low, intermediate, high).
- Review G-CSF prophylaxis recommendation based on ASCO/ESMO guidelines.
- High-risk patients (>20% FN risk) should receive primary G-CSF prophylaxis starting after the first cycle.
