How to Use This Calculator

Enter vehicle panel area (m2 or sq ft) to be painted and select paint system (basecoat-clearcoat, single-stage).
Enter dry film thickness (DFT) target (microns) and application efficiency (%).
Read paint volume required (liters or gallons) at the specified DFT.
Review reducer and hardener ratios to prepare the correct mix volume per pot.
Account for flash times between coats and plan spray booth time based on total applied volume.
