How to Use This Calculator
- Enter the full-mouth BOP percentage and number of sites with probing depth ≥ 5 mm.
- Input the bone loss-to-age ratio (bone loss mm ÷ patient age in decades).
- Enter the number of teeth previously lost to periodontal disease.
- Set systemic risk factors: smoking status and diabetes control level.
