How to Use This Calculator
  1. Enter your Season Length in weeks (from start of base training to final race).
  2. Set the number of A-Races (1-3) and B-Races (0-6) in the season.
  3. Enter your Peak Weekly Hours at your training peak.
  4. Review the season phase breakdown: Base, Build, Peak/Race, and Recovery phases with weekly hour targets.
  5. Check Total Season Hours, average weekly hours, scheduled recovery weeks, and spacing between A-races.
