How to Use This Calculator
- Enter 0 or 1 for each RCRI risk factor: high-risk surgery, ischemic heart disease, CHF, cerebrovascular disease, insulin-dependent diabetes, and creatinine > 2 mg/dL.
- Review RCRI Score, Risk Class, and Estimated MACE Risk (%).
- Class I (0 pts, <1%) and Class II (1 pt, ~1%) are low risk; Class IV (3+ pts, ~9%) warrants cardiology consultation.
