Below-grade wall height (ft): Height of foundation wall below finished grade.
System (1=dampprf, 2=spray, 3=sheet): 1 = Dampproofing (code minimum). 2 = Spray-applied rubber (recommended). 3 = Sheet membrane (premium).
Form tie spacing (inches): Spacing between concrete form ties. Each tie must be sealed before membrane application.
Include footing detail (0/1): 1 = Include membrane wrap at wall-to-footing joint. Recommended for full waterproofing.
Window/opening deductions (sq ft): Total area of window wells, egress openings, or other deductions.
