Calculators for Organizations

A calculator built on your own fees, rules, and targets — in your branding, on your website, and kept current for you.

What You Get

Built on your numbers

Your fees, rates, regulations, and targets — not national averages. Metric or imperial, CAD or USD.

Your branding

Your colours and logo, no Calcimator branding, sized to sit naturally on your website.

One line to embed

A single embed snippet for your site. We host it, so there's nothing for your IT team to maintain.

Kept current

When your rate sheet or rules change, we update the calculator. Your residents and customers always see today's numbers.

Who It's For

Waste & recycling authorities

Diversion estimates against your target, and the cost of mixed versus sorted loads at your tipping fees.

Municipalities

Permit fees, deposits, utility rates, and property-tax estimates under your bylaws.

Utilities & energy programs

Rebate eligibility and savings estimates using your rate schedules and program rules.

Associations & credit unions

Member-facing tools for loans, dues, benefits, or industry standards, under your name.

Contractors & trades

Estimators that use your pricing and turn website visitors into qualified leads.

Anything with a formula

If it can be calculated, we can build it — the same engine behind 4,900+ public calculators.

How It Works

  1. 01

    Scoping call

A short conversation about who will use the calculator and what decision it should help them make.

  2. 02

    You send your parameters

Rate sheets, rules, targets, and any local data you have. We work out the rest from published sources.

  3. 03

    We configure, you review

Usually 2–3 weeks after we have your parameters. You test it and request changes before it goes live.

  4. 04

    Embed and keep current

Paste the embed snippet on your site. We update the data whenever your numbers change.

Every project gets a fixed quote after the scoping call. These are starting points, so you can check fit against your budget first.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is this different from the Business plan?

The self-serve Business plan lets you embed any of our existing public calculators without Calcimator branding. An organization calculator is configured for you: your own data, rules, and targets built into the model, your branding, and ongoing updates as your numbers change.

What determines the final price?

Mostly how far the calculator departs from what we already have. Configuring an existing calculator with your data and branding sits near the starting price; a new model, several linked calculators, or reporting features cost more. You get a fixed quote after the scoping call.

Can you invoice us, and work within our purchasing rules?

Yes. We invoice organizations directly and quote in USD, CAD, GBP, or EUR. If you have a purchasing threshold or need a specific vendor setup, tell us on the first call and we'll scope the work to fit.

Where do your numbers come from?

Your own documents first — rate sheets, bylaws, program rules. Where those don't cover something, we use published government and industry sources and cite them, so you can see exactly what the calculator assumes.

What happens if we stop the annual service?

The calculator stops being hosted and updated. We'll give you notice and help you remove the embed cleanly.
