Enter the pool length and width in feet (interior pool dimensions).
Select pool shape: 1 = rectangular, 2 = oval, 3 = freeform/kidney.
Choose cover type: 1 = solar/bubble, 2 = mesh safety, 3 = solid safety, 4 = automatic retractable.
Set the edge overlap in inches — 12 inches is the standard overhang on each side.
Review Cover Area (sq ft) and Estimated Cost to budget for cover purchase.

How the result changes with Pool length (ft)

Pool length (ft): Interior length of the pool.
Pool width (ft): Interior width of the pool.
Pool shape (1=rect, 2=oval, 3=free): 1 = Rectangular, 2 = Oval, 3 = Freeform/Kidney.
Cover type (1=solar, 2=mesh, 3=solid, 4=auto): 1 = Solar/bubble, 2 = Mesh safety, 3 = Solid safety, 4 = Automatic retractable.
Edge overlap (inches): How far the cover extends past the pool edge on each side. 12 inches is standard.
