What each input means
- Spirit Volume
- Volume of the undiluted spirit in milliliters.
- Current ABV
- Current alcohol by volume of the spirit. Fresh distillate from a pot still is typically 60-70%.
- Target ABV
- Desired final ABV. 40% (80 proof) is the US minimum for most spirits. Cask strength is typically 50-65%.
