- Percentage of Wine A in the blend. The remaining portion will be Wine B. Percentages are auto-normalized to total 100%.
- Wine A Alcohol
- Alcohol by volume of Wine A. Measure with an ebulliometer or lab analysis for precision blending.
- Wine A Titratable Acidity
- Titratable acidity of Wine A in grams per liter (as tartaric acid equivalent).
- Wine B Percentage
- Percentage of Wine B in the blend. Adjust alongside Wine A to reach your desired ratio.
- Wine B Alcohol
- Alcohol by volume of Wine B.
- Wine B Titratable Acidity
- Titratable acidity of Wine B in grams per liter.
