How to Use This Calculator
- For each of the four body regions (Head, Arms, Trunk, Legs), enter Erythema, Induration, and Desquamation severity scores (0-4).
- Select the Area involvement score (0-6) for each region.
- The calculator applies the PASI area weighting factors (Head 0.1, Arms 0.2, Trunk 0.3, Legs 0.4).
- Review the Total PASI Score — above 10 indicates moderate-to-severe disease.
- Use PASI scores at baseline and follow-up to evaluate treatment response (PASI 75/90/100).
