How to Use This Calculator

Enter the Affected BSA (%) using the rule of nines or palm method.
Score each of the six intensity items (Erythema, Edema, Oozing, Excoriation, Lichenification, Dryness) from 0 to 3.
Enter Pruritus (Itch) and Sleep Loss scores on a 0-10 visual analog scale.
The SCORAD index is calculated automatically — below 25 is mild, 25-50 moderate, above 50 severe.
Use serial SCORAD scores to track atopic dermatitis response to therapy.
