How to Use This Calculator

Select the Arch Type (Full Upper, Full Lower, Upper Partial, or Lower Partial).
Enter the Ridge Arch Length and Posterior Ridge Width in mm from the cast.
Input the Overjet, Overbite, and Vertical Dimension of Occlusion (VDO).
Review the Total Teeth count broken down into Anterior and Posterior Teeth.
Compare Space Required vs. Space Available — if a smaller mold is flagged, select a narrower tooth mold.

What each input means

Arch Type: Type of denture being fabricated.
Ridge Arch Length: Length of the edentulous ridge from tuberosity to tuberosity.
Ridge Width (posterior): Width of the posterior ridge crest.
Overjet: Horizontal overlap of upper over lower anteriors.
Overbite: Vertical overlap of upper over lower anteriors.
Vertical Dimension of Occlusion: VDO measured at midline.
