- Enter daily drain volume (L), 24-hour urine volume (L), and urine urea (mg/dL).
- Enter patient weight (kg), height (cm), age (years), and sex.
- Enter the D/P creatinine ratio from a 4-hour peritoneal equilibration test (PET).
- Read total weekly Kt/V: KDOQI target >= 1.7 for CAPD, and weekly peritoneal CrCl (L/wk/1.73m2).
