- Enter estimated daily dietary phosphorus intake (mg/day) and current serum phosphorus (mg/dL).
- Enter target serum phosphorus (mg/dL): KDIGO target is 3.5-5.5 mg/dL for dialysis patients.
- Select the binder type: calcium carbonate, calcium acetate, sevelamer, or lanthanum.
- Enter dialysis sessions per week and meals per day.
