How to Use This Calculator
  1. Enter the Vertebral height loss (%) from imaging — measured as the percentage reduction in anterior body height compared to the posterior height.
  2. Enter the number of Affected levels and current Pain VAS (0–10).
  3. Enter the ODI score (0–100 from the Oswestry Disability Index questionnaire) and Kyphotic angle change in degrees.
  4. Enter the DEXA T-score and Neurological deficit level (0 = none, 1 = radiculopathy, 2 = myelopathy/cauda equina).
  5. Review the Genant fracture grade (0–3), TLICS score and treatment recommendation, ODI disability category, subsequent fracture risk (%), and whether cement augmentation (vertebroplasty/kyphoplasty) candidacy criteria are met.
