- County Complexity (1-5)
- 1 = fully digital records, 5 = complex paper-only county.
- Municipal Lien Search
- 1 = include municipal lien search ($150), 0 = skip.
- Tax Lien Search
- 1 = include tax lien search ($75), 0 = skip.
- Enhanced Policy Upgrade
