  2. Record the number of night awakenings and average duration of each awakening (minutes).
  3. Select your wearable's sensor type (accelerometer-only, accel+PPG, accel+PPG+SpO2, or EEG headband).
  4. Enter your age and hours before bed that you last consumed caffeine.
