No. Both of those come from fixed lookup tables keyed only to Piercing Location -- a 10-entry gauge table and a separate 10-entry ring-diameter table (lines 10-12, 23-25) -- and Tissue Thickness is never read by either one. Tissue Thickness only affects Initial Bar Length and Healed Bar Length, where it's added directly to a fixed clearance allowance.

For most locations, Preferred Jewelry Type only distinguishes Ring/Hoop from everything else. Selecting Stud/Barbell, Curved Barbell, or Labret all produce the identical "Stud / Labret" recommendation (line 38); only choosing Ring/Hoop changes the wording. For Navel, Tongue, and Industrial piercings specifically, Preferred Jewelry Type is ignored entirely and a fixed recommendation is shown instead (lines 35-37).

Ring Inner Diameter is calculated from the Piercing Location table unconditionally, on every combination of inputs, regardless of what Recommended Jewelry ends up saying (lines 23-26). For locations like Industrial, Navel, or Tongue where a barbell is recommended instead of a ring, that Ring Inner Diameter figure isn't actually relevant to the jewelry being suggested.

Both start from the same Tissue Thickness measurement, but they add a different fixed clearance on top of it: Initial Bar Length adds 2mm to account for post-piercing swelling, while Healed Bar Length adds only 1mm, on the assumption that swelling has gone down (lines 17-19). Healed Bar Length will always be exactly 1mm shorter than Initial Bar Length for the same Tissue Thickness.
