How to Use This Calculator
  1. Measure the existing concrete surface area in sq ft and enter the desired overlay thickness in inches.
  2. Select the overlay type: 1=micro-topping (1/16–1/8 in), 2=stampable overlay (1/4–3/8 in), 3=spray-texture, 4=heavy resurface (3/8–3/4 in).
  3. Set a waste factor of 10% for typical flat surfaces, or 15–20% for irregular shapes.
