What each input means
- Location & Transportation
- Points earned in LT credits (max 16). Covers transit access, bicycle facilities, reduced parking, etc.
- Sustainable Sites
- Points earned in SS credits (max 10). Site assessment, open space, rainwater management, heat island reduction.
- Water Efficiency
- Points earned in WE credits (max 11). Outdoor/indoor water use reduction, cooling tower water use, metering.
- Energy & Atmosphere
- Points earned in EA credits (max 33). Optimize energy performance, renewables, commissioning, metering.
- Materials & Resources
- Points earned in MR credits (max 13). EPDs, sourcing of raw materials, material ingredients, C&D waste.
- Indoor Environmental Quality
- Points earned in EQ credits (max 16). Low-emitting materials, IAQ assessment, thermal comfort, daylight.
- Innovation + Regional Priority
- Combined points from Innovation in Design (max 6) and Regional Priority (max 4) credits, plus LEED AP (1 pt).
