Ridge Length (ft)
Length of the roof ridge in feet.
Total Eave Length (ft)
Combined eave length on all sides.
Total Rake Length (ft)
Combined gable/rake edge length.
Panel Width (inches)
Coverage width of each panel. Common: 12", 16", 18".
Waste Factor (%)
Extra for cuts and waste. 5% typical for simple gable roofs.
