What each input means

Milk Volume
Amount of milk to use in gallons. Most home cheese recipes use 1-5 gallons.
Cheese Style
1 = Cheddar (1 lb/gal), 2 = Mozzarella (0.9 lb/gal), 3 = Brie (0.8 lb/gal), 4 = Parmesan (0.7 lb/gal), 5 = Ricotta (1.5 lb/gal).
Milk Fat Content
Fat percentage of your milk. Whole milk: 3.5%, Jersey/Guernsey: 4.5-5.5%, skim: 0.5%.
