What each input means

Wash Volume
Volume of fermented wash to be distilled in liters.
Wash ABV
Alcohol by volume of the wash. Grain washes are typically 6-12%, sugar washes 8-14%.
Still Type
Type of still: 1 = Pot Still (~63% ABV output), 2 = Reflux Still (~87% ABV), 3 = Column Still (~93% ABV).
Collection Efficiency
Percentage of alcohol actually collected. Some is lost in foreshots, tails, and residual wash. 80-90% is typical.
