Target Calcium
Target calcium level in ppm. 50-150 ppm is typical; needed for enzyme activity and yeast health.
Target Sulfate
Target sulfate level in ppm. Higher for hoppy beers (200-300), lower for malty styles (50-100).
Target Chloride
Target chloride level in ppm. Higher for malty fullness (100-150), lower for crisp hoppy beers (50-75).
