What each input means
- Hours of sleep
- Hours slept last night. Optimal is 7-9 hours for adults.
- Sleep quality
- Rate your sleep quality (1=terrible, 10=perfect, restorative sleep).
- Exercise today
- Minutes of physical activity. 30-60 min is optimal for energy.
- Water intake
- Glasses of water (8 oz each). Target: 8 glasses/day.
- Balanced meals
- Number of balanced meals eaten today.
- Caffeine servings
- Coffee/tea/energy drink servings. 1-3 is moderate.
- Screen time before bed
- Hours of screen use in the 3 hours before sleep.
- Stress level
- Current stress level (1=very relaxed, 10=extremely stressed).
