- Gender (0=Male, 1=Female)
- 0 for male, 1 for female.
- Height (cm)
- Height in centimeters for BMI calculation.
- Weight (kg)
- Weight in kilograms for BMI calculation.
- Curl-Ups (count)
- Number of curl-ups completed at cadence.
- Push-Ups (count)
- Number of push-ups completed at cadence.
- Sit-and-Reach (cm)
- Sit-and-reach flexibility measurement in centimeters.
- Back Extension Hold (sec)
- Trunk extension hold time in seconds.

- Composite Score (%)
- Overall fitness score as percentage (100% = all components in HFZ).
- BMI
- Body Mass Index calculated from height and weight.
- BMI Zone (1-3)
- 1 = Health Risk, 2 = Needs Improvement, 3 = Healthy Fitness Zone.
- Curl-Up Zone (1-3)
- FITNESSGRAM classification for abdominal strength.
- Push-Up Zone (1-3)
- FITNESSGRAM classification for upper body strength.
- Flexibility Zone (1-3)
- FITNESSGRAM classification for hamstring/lower back flexibility.
- Back Extension Zone (1-3)
- FITNESSGRAM classification for trunk extensor strength.
