What each input means
- Hot Flashes / Sweating
- 0=None, 1=Mild, 2=Moderate, 3=Severe, 4=Very severe.
- Sleep Problems
- Difficulty falling or staying asleep. 0=None to 4=Very severe.
- Depressive Mood
- Feeling down, sad, on verge of tears, lack of drive. 0=None to 4=Very severe.
- Irritability
- Feeling nervous, inner tension, aggression. 0=None to 4=Very severe.
- Anxiety
- Inner restlessness, feeling panicky. 0=None to 4=Very severe.
- Physical & Mental Exhaustion
- Decrease in performance, memory problems, concentration. 0=None to 4=Very severe.
- Sexual Problems
- Change in desire, activity, satisfaction. 0=None to 4=Very severe.
- Bladder Problems
- Urgency, frequency, incontinence. 0=None to 4=Very severe.
- Vaginal Dryness
- Sensation of dryness, burning, difficulty with intercourse. 0=None to 4=Very severe.

- Total MRS Score
- Total Menopause Rating Scale score (0-44). Higher = more severe.
- Overall Severity (0-3)
- 0 = None/minimal, 1 = Mild, 2 = Moderate, 3 = Severe.
- Somatic Sub-Score
- Hot flashes + heart + sleep + joint pain (0-16).
- Somatic Severity (0-3)
- Severity rating for somatic (physical) symptoms.
- Psychological Sub-Score
- Depression + irritability + anxiety + exhaustion (0-16).
- Psychological Severity (0-3)
- Severity rating for psychological symptoms.
- Urogenital Sub-Score
- Sexual + bladder + vaginal dryness (0-12).
- Urogenital Severity (0-3)
- Severity rating for urogenital symptoms.
- Quality of Life Impact
- Score as percentage of maximum, indicating overall impact on quality of life.
