How to Use This Calculator
  1. Enter the type of items to be stored (cash, jewelry, documents, firearms, digital media).
  2. Set the desired burglary rating (B-rate, RSC, TL-15, TL-30, TRTL-30) based on threat level.
  3. Input the fire rating required in hours (30, 60, 90, 120) and UL fire rating class if needed.
  4. Review the recommended safe rating and minimum weight class to prevent removal.
  5. Anchor all safes rated below 750 lbs to the floor or wall per manufacturer specs.
