- XY pixel size (μm)
- Projector/laser XY resolution in micrometers. Consumer DLP ~35-50μm, pro SLA ~25-140μm.
- Layer height (μm)
- Z-axis layer thickness in micrometers. Fine detail: 25-50μm, standard: 50-100μm.
- Part length (mm)
- Part dimension along X axis.
- Part width (mm)
- Part dimension along Y axis.
- Part height (mm)
- Part dimension along Z axis (build direction).

- Number of sliced layers in the build.
- Pixels per layer
- Number of XY pixels covering the part footprint per layer.
- Total voxels
- Total addressable volume elements (pixels x layers).
- Min feature XY (mm)
- Smallest printable feature in the XY plane (~2 pixels wide).
- Min feature Z (mm)
- Smallest printable feature in the Z direction (one layer).
- Surface roughness Z (μm Ra)
- Estimated arithmetic average roughness on vertical surfaces from stair-stepping.
- Surface roughness XY (μm Ra)
- Estimated roughness on horizontal surfaces from pixel resolution.
- Voxel volume (mm³)
- Volume of a single voxel (smallest addressable unit).
