What each input means
- Radiographic length (mm)
- Tooth length measured on periapical radiograph.
- Apex locator reading (mm)
- Electronic length reading at the 'APEX' mark on the device.
- Initial file size (ISO)
- ISO size of the file used for the reading (e.g. 10, 15, 20).
- Canal curvature (1-4)
- 1 = straight, 2 = moderate curve, 3 = severe curve, 4 = S-curve.

- Absolute difference between radiographic and electronic measurements.
- Adjusted accuracy score
- Accuracy score (0-100) adjusted for canal curvature.
- Recommended working length (mm)
- Suggested working length with safety margin subtracted.
- Tip position vs apex (mm)
- Positive = short of apex, negative = beyond apex.
- Calibration status (1-3)
- 1 = accurate, 2 = acceptable, 3 = needs recalibration.
