- Average hours per week spent on caregiving tasks.

- How long you have been in this caregiver role.
- Patient ADL dependence (0-6)
- Number of basic ADLs where patient needs help (bathing, dressing, toileting, transfers, continence, feeding).
- Has Respite Care
- Access to respite care.

What each result means
- Zarit Burden score (0-48)
- ZBI-12 total: 0-10 little/none, 11-20 mild-moderate, 21-30 moderate-severe, 31-48 severe.
- Burden category (1-4)
- 1 = Little/none, 2 = Mild-moderate, 3 = Moderate-severe, 4 = Severe.
- Burnout risk score
- Comprehensive burnout risk (0-100) factoring in ZBI, hours, duration, and supports.
- Depression screen flag
- 1 = ZBI score suggests screening for clinical depression, 0 = below threshold.
- Self-care deficit score
- Score indicating how much caregiver's own self-care is compromised (0-100).
- Intervention urgency (1-5)
- 1 = routine check, 5 = urgent need for support services.
- Annual economic value of care
- Estimated economic value of unpaid caregiving at ~$15/hr.
