  2. Read the Target Rate — aim for 100–120 compressions per minute.
  3. Note the Depth Midpoint in mm and use it as your compression depth target.
  4. Check the Compression-to-Ventilation ratio appropriate for your scenario.
  5. Always defer to your most recent AHA or ERC CPR training for live situations.
