- Age in years. Children < 12 default to needle cricothyrotomy.
- Patient Weight (kg)
- Weight in kg. Affects tube/needle sizing in pediatrics.
- Pediatric Override (1=Yes, 0=No)
- Force pediatric protocol (needle cric). Auto-set if age < 12.

- Procedure (1=Surgical Cric, 2=Needle Cric)
- Surgical cricothyrotomy for adults ≥ 12y; needle cricothyrotomy for children.
- Cric Tube Size (mm ID)
- 6.0 mm cuffed for adults, 5.0 for small adults. 0 if needle cric.
- Needle Gauge (G)
- 14G standard, 16G for neonates. 0 if surgical cric.
- Key Equipment Items
- Number of essential items for the procedure kit.
- Contraindication Flag (0=None, 1=Present)
- Flags if surgical cric is contraindicated (e.g., age < 8).
- Jet Ventilation Pressure (PSI)
- Recommended pressure for transtracheal jet ventilation (needle cric).
