What each input means

Body Weight (kg): Patient body weight in kilograms.
Indication (0–4): 0 = Pediatric GH deficiency, 1 = Turner syndrome, 2 = SGA, 3 = Prader-Willi, 4 = Adult GH deficiency.
Patient Age (years): Patient age. For adult GHD, starting dose is adjusted by age.
