- Total stage length in kilometers from the official road book or recce notes.
- Target Time
- Target stage time in minutes. Use bogey time from the organizer or your co-driver's pace notes.
- Surface Type
- 0 = Tarmac (baseline speed), 1 = Gravel (15% slower typical), 2 = Snow/Ice (30% slower typical).

- Max Time Allowed
- Estimated maximum time before penalties apply (target + 50%).
- Pace (min/km)
