Min Weeks for Spacing is computed as Doses in Series minus one, times Weeks Between Doses -- the total calendar time the series itself requires, independent of when you start it. Doses in Series has the largest effect on that figure and edges out Weeks Between Doses by a real, if modest, margin: adding one dose adds a whole extra spacing interval to the total, while stretching the interval only scales the doses already scheduled. Your Lead Time is Weeks Before Departure passed straight through -- it plays no role in Min Weeks for Spacing at all, since the series' own length doesn't depend on when you begin it.
