How to Use This Calculator
- Enter Warehouse Length and Width (ft) — the interior clear dimensions of your facility.
- Set Aisle Width (ft): 8-10 ft for reach trucks, 12 ft or more for counterbalance forklifts.
- Input Rack Depth (ft) — typically 4 ft for standard 48-inch deep pallets.
- Review Number of Aisles and Rack Rows to understand the layout configuration.
