  9. Electricity Rate — enter a dollar amount in /kWh. Accepts values from $0.05 /kWh to $0.5 /kWh (default: $0.13 /kWh).
  10. Ownership Period — Number of years for the calculation. Accepts values from 1 years to 20 years (default: 10 years).
