This calculator rolls up the five major cost centers of a runway show — venue, model fees, production (staging, lighting, sound), marketing, and catering — into one Total Budget, then reframes that number two useful ways. Total Model Fees is simply model count times the per-model fee, and Total Catering Cost is guest count times the per-head food and beverage rate; both feed directly into the grand total alongside the flat venue, production, and marketing line items. Cost per Look divides the entire show budget — not just model fees — by the number of models, which implicitly assumes one look per model walking the runway; if your show has models doing multiple changes, this figure understates the true cost of producing each individual look, so treat it as a per-model average rather than a literal per-garment cost.

Cost per Guest similarly spreads the full budget (venue, production, and marketing included, not just catering) across the guest count, giving a useful benchmark for comparing against sponsor contribution asks or ticketed-show pricing. The biggest planning gap in this model is that it treats every cost category as fixed and independent — it doesn't account for how guest count might drive venue capacity requirements upward, or how model count interacts with production complexity (more looks generally means more backstage staff and longer show run time). Use the outputs as a first-pass budget scaffold, then sanity-check the interactions your own show's scale creates.
