How to Use This Calculator
  1. Enter your Hourly Rate, Regular Hours/Week, and Overtime Hours/Week.
  2. Set the Overtime Multiplier (defaults to 1.5x for standard time and a half).
  3. Optionally add Double Time Hours/Week, paid at 2x your hourly rate, under advanced options.
  4. Review Regular Pay, Overtime Pay, and Weekly Gross Pay, plus Bi-Weekly, Monthly, and Annual projections.
  5. Use for payroll verification — this calculator applies the multiplier and hours you enter, not an automatic 40-hour threshold, so check your state's rules (e.g., California requires overtime after 8 hours/day).
