- Approximate age of the garment in years.
- Fiber content
- 0=Cotton/linen, 1=Silk, 2=Wool, 3=Early synthetic (rayon/acetate), 4=Mixed/unknown.
- Current condition (1-5)
- 1=Poor (tears, heavy staining, brittleness), 3=Fair (some wear, minor issues), 5=Excellent (like new).
- Has embellishments
- 0=No, 1=Yes (beading, metallic thread, sequins, applique, etc.).
- Storage humidity (%RH)
- Relative humidity in the storage environment. Ideal is 45-55% RH.

- Fragility score (0-10)
- Overall textile fragility: 0-2=Robust, 3-5=Moderate care needed, 6-8=Fragile, 9-10=Extremely fragile.
- Cleaning method (0-4)
- 0=Standard wash, 1=Gentle hand wash, 2=Spot clean only, 3=Professional conservator, 4=Do not clean.
- Max water temp (°C)
