How to Use This Calculator

Enter Guest Count and select Dining Style (Seated or Cocktail).
Toggle Dance Floor and enter number of Buffet/Food Stations.
Review Tent Area (sq ft) broken down by Guest Seating, Dance Floor, Food/Bar, Entertainment, and Circulation.
Select the nearest standard tent size (20x40, 40x60, 40x80, etc.) that meets the calculated area.
Add 10-15% buffer for caterer staging, bar areas, and guest flow around the tent perimeter.

How the result changes with Guest Count

Guest Count: Total number of guests under the tent
Style (1=Seated, 2=Cocktail): Seated dinner needs ~14 sq ft/person; cocktail needs ~7 sq ft/person
