Bus Rental Cost, by comparison, is a single flat amount that doesn't change with group size at all, and each individual per-person rate (admission, meals, or misc.) only affects its own single cost category.

Chaperones still count toward Total Meals even when their admission is free, since venues that waive entry fees for accompanying adults typically don't also provide free food. Setting Free Chaperone Admission to Yes only removes chaperones from the Total Admission calculation -- it doesn't exempt them from the per-person meal cost.
