How to Use This Calculator
  1. Enter age, height (cm), and weight (kg).
  2. Measure waist circumference (cm) at navel level while relaxed, and neck circumference (cm) at the narrowest point.
  3. Measure hip circumference (cm) at the widest point.
  4. Review Body fat (%) calculated via the US Navy method and Lean mass (kg) / Fat mass (kg) breakdown.
  5. Check FFMI and Normalized FFMI to assess muscularity, and Fat to lose for 15% BF (kg) as a body recomposition target.

0=low, 1=moderate, 2=high cardiovascular risk from abdominal fat.
Fitness category (0-4)
0=essential fat, 1=athletic, 2=fitness, 3=average, 4=obese.
