How to Use This Calculator

  2. Gender — Biological sex for calculation accuracy. Choose from: Male, Female. default: 1.
  3. Age — Age in years. Accepts values from 10 years to 100 years (default: 30 years).
  4. Weight — Body weight in the selected unit. Accepts values from 50 lbs to 500 lbs (default: 180 lbs).
  5. Height — Height in the selected unit. Accepts values from 36 inches to 96 inches (default: 70 inches).
  6. Waist Circumference — Measure at navel level. Accepts values from 15 inches to 80 inches (default: 34 inches).
  7. Neck Circumference — Neck circumference measurement. Accepts values from 8 inches to 30 inches (default: 15 inches).
