How to Use This Calculator
- Enter age, total cholesterol (mg/dL), HDL cholesterol (mg/dL), and systolic blood pressure (mmHg) from your most recent lab results.
- Indicate smoking status, diabetes, and whether you take blood pressure medication.
- Enter weekly exercise hours and waist circumference (cm) for lifestyle risk adjustment.
- Review 10-year CV risk (%) and your Estimated heart age compared to your actual age.
- Use Exercise risk reduction (%) and Cholesterol ratio to identify your most modifiable risk factors.
How the result changes with Systolic blood pressure (mmHg)
| Systolic blood pressure (mmHg) | 10-year CV risk (%) |
|---|---|
| 103 | 5 |
| 136 | 8 |
| 175 | 12 |
| 207 | 12 |
What each input means
- Age
